Conversion of a Grade 2 listed former early 18th Century town house in Park Square, Leeds to 7 apartments.
Having previously gained Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations Approvals my first commission when I started my own company was to project manage the conversion of the building into 7 luxury apartments in this high profile location. Working very closely with the client, the Conservation officer and the builder the project was a huge success.
