Our client a private developer purchased this very tight site with full planning approval .
The design did not meet his expectations and he commissioned us to design a four bedroom house that would respect the character of a rural village whilst fulfilling the requirements of a C21 family and take full advantage of the south facing aspect of the rear garden.
