House extension and home office at Hemingbrough, North Yorkshire.
A growing family and an expanding business required a family room, additional bedroom, a safe place for the children to play and a light and airy office where our client could put in a few extra hours of work away from his main office but in contact with his family. We obtained the necessary approvals and provided the working drawings for the project. We designed a two storey extension on the rear of the property and a single storey office in the garden linked to the house for convenience and with direct access into the garage. The final piece in the jigsaw was to complete the enclosure of the garden providing the safe environment for the children to play whilst watched over from both the house and the office.
