Formerly four C19 quarry workers cottages they were converted into one house in the mid C20.
The current owners, our clients commissioned us to remodel and restore the whole of the property to a very high standard and the work was undertaken in three phases.
Phase 1 was a complete remodelling of the interior, phase 2 was the remodelling and landscaping of the garden with a landscape gardener and phase 3 was the conversion of the original external
lavatories into a garden room, currently enjoyed as a playroom.
