Restoration Bolton Percy
Restoration of an early 18th century grade 2 listed former hunting lodge in Bolton Percy, North Yorkshire.
The property which had formed part of a large country estate was purchased by our client in a very poor state of repair. We were commissioned to obtain listed building consent and provide working drawings for the internal and external restoration of the building and the upgrading of the kitchen, large laundry and bathrooms and installation of a new heating and electrical installation.
