Building Design

The first stage in the design process is to produce detailed survey drawings of the site. We then meet the client again, re-affirm their requirements and using our creativity and experience offer suggestions that will fuel there imagination and introduce them to possibilities that perhaps they had not envisaged. The design of a project is an intense process, functionality, aesthetic appeal, budget, an adequate return on investment, meeting the requirements of planning and building regulations legislation are all important factors along with many others that have to be carefully considered. Following this process we meet the client again and present sketch proposals for discussion. When the client is fully satisfied with these proposals we prepare a full set of computer generated scheme drawings with very accurate floor plans, elevations and sections.
